What does the hosting include?
Space on our servers for one website on your domain: disk, bandwidth, mailboxes, databases and the software of the plan you choose. You manage the site yourself through the cPanel control panel; WordPress and other applications install in one click.
How do I pay?
By card or any other method offered by Paddle — our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for these orders. Payment is made one month in advance, the subscription renews automatically, and an invoice is emailed to you after each payment.
How do I cancel?
At any time — via the link in Paddle's payment email or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. We refund the first payment in full if you cancel within 14 days.
Is a domain name included?
No. You register the domain yourself with any registrar and point it to our server. Each plan covers one website on your domain.
Where are the servers located?
In a data center in Frankfurt (Germany, EU). Cloudflare sits in front of the server: it speeds up the site for visitors from Israel and protects it against attacks.
