Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Policy explains how to cancel your DigMa Hosting subscription and get a refund. The Service is provided by 2 Code Solutions EOOD, UIC 207500451 (“we” or “us”).
This Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010. If you are a consumer, the law grants you rights that prevail over any provision of this Policy (see section 3). This Policy is published in Hebrew, Russian and English; in case of conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
1. Who sells and who issues refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the same payment method used for the payment (the same card or the same payment account).
2. Cancellation and refunds
2.1. All Plans are paid one month in advance and renew automatically until you cancel them.
2.2. You can cancel the subscription at any time: via the link in Paddle's payment email or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and no further charges will be made.
2.3. First payment — 14 days. If you cancel the subscription within 14 days of the date of the first payment, we will refund the full amount of that payment, no reason required.
2.4. Subsequent monthly payments are not refunded: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and the hosting remains active until that date.
2.5. An erroneous or duplicate charge will be refunded in full. Please contact us within 60 days of the date of the charge.
2.6. If the hosting was unavailable through our fault for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid period, we will refund, on request, a proportionate part of the monthly payment.
2.7. If we discontinue the Service or materially reduce a paid Plan, we will refund the value of the unused portion of the paid period.
2.8. Domain name registration is not included in the hosting; refunds for it are subject to the registrar's rules.
2.9. After the subscription ends, the website's files, databases and email are kept for a further 30 days so that you can download them, and are then deleted.
3. If you are a consumer
3.1. If you purchase the hosting as a consumer — for personal rather than business use — you have all the rights under the Consumer Protection Law, and they prevail over any provision of this Policy.
3.2. Under section 14C of the Law, a distance sale transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the date it was made or of the date you received the document setting out its terms, whichever is later. The money is refunded within 14 days of the cancellation notice. The cancellation fee is no more than 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
3.3. Senior citizens (aged 65 and over), persons with disabilities and new immigrants (within 5 years of immigration) may cancel such a transaction within 4 months, provided the transaction involved a conversation with us, including by phone or video call.
3.4. Under section 13D of the Law, the subscription may be terminated at any time; termination takes effect no later than 3 business days after the notice.
3.5. Notice of cancellation may be given in writing, by email to [email protected] or by phone at 054-554-5060.
4. How to request a refund
4.1. Write to [email protected] from the email address the subscription was registered with, stating the domain and the payment date. You can also contact Paddle directly — the “Get help” link appears in every payment email — or via paddle.net.
4.2. We respond within 3 business days. Paddle sends an approved refund within 14 days; when the money appears in your account depends on your bank — usually 5–10 business days.
5. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
